Sherree Robichaud and Kara Aimee Maxfield first met while working in an Entrepreneurial Program for a non-profit, where Sherree was the Manager and Program Developer, and Kara Aimee was the business writer & facilitator. Their ensuing friendship and fascination with communication led to the development of CharacterLens Inc. which is built on the foundation that organizations become healthier when people understand themselves and one another.

Sherree has a wealth of experience in a variety of business sectors including Executor Services, Business Analysis, Real Estate, Insurance, Consignment / Retail, Organizational Services, Bookkeeping, and Photography.
She is married to Denis, an amazing graphic designer, who is ever-ready to offer valuable suggestions such as “I can turn those images into 3D figures for you.” And that is what he did, creating the magic behind CharacterLens.
Kara Aimee Maxfield
Co-founder & Facilitator
Kara Aimee has experience as a journalist, technical & business writer, and UX/UI designer for Epcor, The Canadian Military, and Chemicals & Engineering at The University of Alberta, among others.
She has earned separate degrees in Journalism, and in Technical Communications.
