I did a personality-discovery workshop with CharacterLens, and it was a fun, insightful, and a genuinely valuable experience.

The workshop helped me better understand my natural inclinations, the situations I may be biased towards, what I’m naturally good at, and the areas where I might need to be a little more intentional or put in some extra work. A lot of the insights gave me language for things I already instinctively knew about myself, while also helping me look at them from a different perspective.

One of the most valuable parts was being able to discuss my results with my co-founder. It gave us a better understanding of how we each think and operate, where our strengths complement each other, and where we may approach situations differently. We were then able to use those insights to talk through practical strategies for working together and setting ourselves up for success.

Overall, CharacterLens made the process of self-discovery feel approachable, practical, and enjoyable rather than overly complicated. I walked away with a better understanding of myself and some useful insights that I can actually apply in both my work and day-to-day life.

CharacterLens helped me see myself and the people around me through a new lens. Unexpectedly, it gave me the confidence to step more fully into who I am, starting with something as simple as the clothes I wear. Kara-Aimee and Sherree are incredible! Bradley Pierson, Founder & CEO, Trouvay

I participated in a product demonstration of their system and I believe its application on recruiting human talent can be enormous. Their system looks at, what is in my opinion the most important aspects of the candidate’s personality and traits and divides them according to subsets that allow a better match between a position and a candidate and the organization overall.

For me personally perhaps one or the most important aspect of working is chemistry and this system allows to pinpoint the type of person say a candidate is and whether their personality type can match the position and most important the organization’s values, outlook and needs.
